Delayed dream wedding in Derbyshire
Katie and Richard shared their vows and celebrated at the delightful Yeldersley Hall in Derbyshire. Due to previous restraints of the pandemic, they delayed their dream wedding several times, but finally got the chance to say 'I do" at the beginning of September 2021, Well, it was certainly worth the wait!
Preparations started at 6.00 am, to ensure the entourage of 10 bridesmaids were ready in time. Katie is a professional hair stylist and business owner at Shine, so she made sure everyone and everything was perfectly planned to the last detail.
The day ended with lots of dancing with a fabulous live band and a midnight feast of paella, chilli con carne and cake!

Yeldersley Hall is a perfect local venue, just a few miles from Derby where the couple and their guests live. The rustic barns combined with the lavish grounds and manor house gave us plenty of options to photograph and capture the sprit of the day. The venue owner is extremely accommodating with a relaxed approach to help everything go to plan and made my job as a photographer as smooth as possible.
